Brought to you by women's sport administrator, military veteran and culture & leadership specialist Liz Quinn along with former AFLW star and Australian Olympic Basketball team player Tessa Lavey, The W Club is the movement built around women's sport. The Aviary, our first venue, is an inclusive, vibrant space where women's sports and the people who love them are celebrated.

With 25+ years of leadership experience in the Australian Defence Force and more than two decades dedicated to women’s sport as a coach and administrator at both community and elite levels, Liz’s commitment to empowering women through sport and fostering a strong sense of community has been the cornerstone of her career.
TESSA LAVEY–CO-FOUNDER
A two-time Olympian and Richmond AFLW superstar, Tessa brings a wealth of elite sporting and leadership experience. She is deeply passionate about using sport to build strong communities and is committed to creating opportunities for female athletes to gain business experience to help support their transition into life after retirement from sport.
