We don’t mess around, but we’re not Amazon either. Orders are dispatched twice a week, then standard shipping times take over.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the move — no guessing, no chasing.
DELIVERY
No dramas. If it’s not right, bring it back to the Aviary within 14 days — unworn, in original condition — and we’ll swap it out. Simple.
If something’s faulty, we’ll fix it. Full stop. Can’t make it in? Reach out and we’ll sort a workaround. We’re reasonable people.
